At Godwin Plastic Surgery, we want to ensure your experience is smooth and stress-free. To help streamline your visit, we’ve made our patient forms available online. You can complete them in advance and bring them to your appointment.

We also believe in clear communication when it comes to our office policies, scheduling, and financial expectations. Below, you’ll find important information about cosmetic consultations, surgery cancellation/rescheduling policies, payment options, and financing. Office & Financial Policies

Cosmetic Consultation

A $100.00 scheduling fee is required to secure your consultation appointment. This fee is non-refundable, but if you decide to move forward with surgery, it will be applied toward your surgical costs.

  • We require at least 2 days' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Not arriving for your consultation will result in forfeiture of your fee.
  • If you need to reschedule outside of the 2-day window, simply call our office, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Surgery Payment Policy

  • A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to schedule your surgery.
  • Final payment is due at least 10 days before surgery.
  • If you cancel your procedure, the 25% deposit is non-refundable.

Rescheduling & Late Cancellations

Please select surgery dates carefully, as rescheduling and cancellations impact our surgical team, facility, and other patients. Please see our complete financial policy for fees related to cancellations and rescheduling.

Payment & Financing Options

We believe in transparent pricing and offer flexible options to help make your procedure more accessible.

  • Accepted Payment Methods: Major credit cards, certified checks, and cash.
  • Financing Options: We offer financing through CareCredit and Alphaeon to help you manage costs with convenient payment plans.
